Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if my child misses a class?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, your child can still stay on track by attending one of our free make-up sessions offered each term.
What if my child has a medical emergency and can’t attend for a while?
We care about your child’s well-being. In the case of a medical emergency, we can pause the program temporarily upon request. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll find a flexible solution.We understand that things come up! While we encourage students to attend every class to get the most out of the program, we offer up to two free make-up sessions per term.
If your child needs to miss a class, please contact us in advance via email, WhatsApp, text, or phone to request a make-up session. Make-up classes are held weekly and allow students to complete missed material with guidance from an instructor.
How many classes are included in each program level?
Each level includes 8 one-hour weekly sessions, typically completed over a two-month period. The lessons build progressively, ensuring your child develops skills step-by-step.
Can we do the program from home?
Our core programs are designed for in-person, hands-on learning. However, we are currently preparing our online curriculum, which will soon offer flexible learning options from home. Stay tuned for updates!
Are your programs suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We welcome students of all experience levels — whether it’s their first time building with LEGO or they’re ready for international robotics competitions. We have tailored classes for ages 4 to 17.
Do we need to purchase any equipment or software?
Nope! We provide all necessary robotics kits, materials, and software during the course. If your child is interested in continuing their learning at home, optional take-home kits may be available toward the end of the term.
